Olivia Price OLY and Evie Haseldine are the newest 49erFX team in the Women’s Skiff class, campaigning for Gold at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Olivia and Evie have come together to combine their elite sailing skills and passion for high performance sailing in a quest to sail for Australia.

Olivia started competing on the World Sailing Stage in 2008 at the age of 16. In 2011, at only 18, Olivia was skippering her own boat, preparing for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Having remained undefeated in the qualifying round robin stage of the Olympic competition, Olivia and team booked themselves a spot in the Olympic finals against Spain, ultimately taking home the Silver Medal. Olivia became the youngest female sailor ever to win an Olympic Medal.

Evie Haseldine is an 18-year-old Australian sailor who has dreamt of competing in an Olympic Games ever since she started sailing. At the age of 14, Evie competed at the Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires in 2018.

During 2018, Evie competed internationally at five events including the World Sailing Youth Championships and the Nacra 15 Open World Championships, achieving second in the Under 16s category at the Open Worlds, while placing 16th overall in the world rankings.
